Dr. Jennifer Benton, D.C.

Dr. Jennifer Benton, D.C., is a board-certified Chiropractic Physician committed to providing exceptional, natural health services. Born and raised in eastern Missouri, Dr. Benton pursued her education at Logan College of Chiropractic and Lindenwood University in St. Louis, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Benton embarked on an intensive Doctor of Chiropractic program at Logan College, one of the largest chiropractic schools in the country. Here, she became an executive board member of the Student American Chiropractic Association, advocating for veterans' rights to chiropractic care within the VA system and lobbying for legislation to broaden the accessibility of chiropractic care for all Americans.

Prior to her clinical internship, Dr. Benton spent over two years working with practicing chiropractors to enhance her clinical education. During her internship, she volunteered services at both a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center as well as a community clinic in downtown St. Louis. This hands-on experience, along with her studies, provided her with advanced training in a range of chiropractic techniques, physiotherapy, pediatrics, TMJ disorder, scoliosis, and soft tissue release techniques. She also earned certification as an Internal Health Specialist, specializing in nutrition and enzyme therapy.

Upon her graduation in 2012, Dr. Benton joined a busy clinic in southeast Georgia. Her first year in practice saw her perform over 5,000 adjustments, garnering excellent patient outcomes. Her extensive clinical experience allows her to address a wide spectrum of health concerns, including back and neck pain, headaches, arthritic pain, fatigue, allergies, sinus problems, and digestive issues. She is skilled in blending treatment techniques with lifestyle modifications to foster rapid and substantial health improvements in patients of all ages.

In 2016, after four enriching years of practice in Georgia, Dr. Benton, along with her husband Rick, decided to relocate back to the Midwest to be closer to family. They chose to make their home in the welcoming community of Terre Haute, Indiana. On November 1, 2016 Benton Family Healthcare LLC opened for new patients and has been proudly serving the valley ever since.

Dr. Benton's mission is straightforward: she is dedicated to restoring health through natural chiropractic care, so her patients can live life to the fullest potential.

Aside from her clinical practice, Dr. Benton is a public speaker, regularly giving health talks to the community and serving as a guest speaker on health topics for various groups and events.
